About Me
I grew up in Spain, where I developed a strong foundation and passion for tennis from an early age. Over time, my involvement in the sport evolved from competing to coaching and into leadership roles. I currently serve as Tennis Director at the Rafa Nadal Tennis Center Costa Mujeres, overseeing player development and coaching operations.
Outside of tennis, I enjoy fitness, running, and continuous learning, as I believe personal growth and leading by example are key to long-term success.
Experience
I have several years of experience working in both competitive and club-based tennis environments. My career has progressed from on-court coaching to leadership roles, where I have been responsible not only for player development but also for program structure and team management.
I currently serve as Tennis Director at the Rafa Nadal Tennis Center Costa Mujeres, where I oversee daily operations, coach mentoring, junior and adult program design, scheduling, and event coordination. I work with players of all levels, from beginners to competitive athletes, focusing on long-term development and high performance standards.
My experience also includes building structured training pathways, managing coaching teams, organizing tournaments and camps, and ensuring a strong culture within the program. I am comfortable balancing performance objectives with member satisfaction and business growth.
