Testimonial
Over the past four years, I have had the good fortune to know and work alongside Alex. Alex is a highly competent leader and athlete centred coach, who is always seeking to evolve personally and professionally, to best serve the athletes he is coaching. Alex is an incredibly inspiring person to be around and is fantastic at sharing what he learns in a concise and informative manner. Alex has developed a host of talented players both within Australia and internationally. In my previous role as a talent development coach for Tennis Australia, we selected many of Alex’s players into our national training programs. To attain selection into a national program, an athlete must not only be one of the best tennis players in Australia, but also maintain high personal and professional standards on and off the court. Alex leads by example in this regard, and it is clear to see that his players are positively impacted by this. Alex has shown repeatable success throughout his career and has an ability to effectively challenge his athletes while ensuring their wellbeing remains at the core of their training. On reflection, this has proven extremely beneficial and is a key component to why his players continue to achieve sustainable results. He also commits to educating the parents of those he coaches, his communication and relationship building skills are elite, which is another component I believe sets Alex apart and contributes to his success. I am confident Alex would make a wonderful addition to your team. His dedication to designing holistic programs centred on what the individual athletes need to progress, as well as his focus on constantly developing his knowledge and craft are what I’ve found most inspiring throughout my time of knowing Alex. I am happy to expand on my assessment of Alex and can answer any questions you may have.
