Qualifications

Licence – ITF Level 1 coach (since 2001), Mentor – Biljana Veselinović (world recognized WTA coach);

National Championship of Bosnia and Herzegovina 🇧🇦 – Finalist (1995), Semi – finalist (1996 indoor, 2003), category 35+ Finalist singles (2012), Champion – doubles (2012) etc, highest national ranking – NR 2 ;

Referee – Level 1 Licence – Tennis Association of Bosnia and Herzegovina 🇧🇦;

Experience in organization of tennis tournaments (national calendar and Tennis Europe level) like technical director, administration, correspondence etc;

Driving licence ‘B’ category, traveled with players (TE junior level);

Through out the years I have been working with the people and players from many different countries and age groups (not only as a tennis coach). This fact has helped me to develop good communication skills and get easily involved in new teams and different working routines;

Coaching times & fees

Worked around 25 years in several local clubs. The coaching fee (per hour/month) was optimized with standars of the community and general social aspects but it was always appropriate for normal life. I would accept the same in any country and club that would possible offer me the job;

Experience

1997 – 1998 Full time, tennis coach (Tennis club ‘Zmaj’, Tuzla 🇧🇦 – cca 50-100 members, many visitors, recreational players etc), group and individual lessons (kids, male and female junior players – from tennis school (beginners) to intermediate/advanced level of play; Individual lessons for older adults, seniors, working populations, managers etc. When required, hitting partner for the players from other clubs in town – especially juniors.

1998 – 2004 part time coaching or assisting in several local clubs, often required as hitting partner as well (U10, U12, U14, U16 players), doing individual lessons. At that time I was still active player, but also worked for several international companies located in my home town (Tuzla), and the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina 🇧🇦;

September 2001- Mostar 🇧🇦, obtained (certified coach) ITF Licence, Level 1, Mentor Biljana Veselinović – ITF expert, current WTA world class coach (Serbia). July 2002 – Sarajevo 🇧🇦 – ITF Level 2, Certificate of Attendance;

2006 – 2007 Tennis club ‘Srebrenik’ 🇧🇦, mostly group lessons, coach assistant (Head Coach – Anadin Ćatović 🇧🇦); Two of us were first coaches of Adela Joldić (born 01-09-2000, 🇧🇦) – future European U14 girls Masters Finalist (Italy 2014). When we came there in the beginning the club did not have any courts so we organized lessons in school’s or fiscultural halls, local basketball hall etc, or in one private court (owned by local restaurant). 2007 – 2018 Tennis club ‘Dramar’, Tuzla 🇧🇦 (at that time brand new club, cca 150-200 members, many local and foreign visitors, organized tournaments (state level), seminars etc. Position – full tennis coach, with also administrator’s and secretary duties, cashier, correspondence with members, parents of the players, other clubs, sponsors, companies, Tennis State Association etc.

Group and individual lessons, kids, juniors, intermediate and advanced players, recreational program. Coach with direct responsibilty, or in the team with friends, coaches. Through out the time the club school and program has trained and produced several junior’s state champions, members of junior’s and other national teams (Bosnia and Herzegovina 🇧🇦) etc. Many of them have later obtained scolarhips, university diplomas in Europe and United States.

2018 – present  returned to Tennis Club ‘Zmaj’, full time tennis coach, mostly individual lessons in status of ‘free agent’, all age groups and level of players. Currently the town of Tuzla has wery developed local recreational league (arround 150 registered players from 25 – 65 years old divided in appropriate groups and levels). Many of them requesting my services on daily bases (hitting partner, coaching, advising etc.)
