- Academy Director, RPS Academies – Leads all high-performance operations, overseeing player development pathways, staff management, and the implementation of a structured training and periodization system.
- International Competitive Background – Originally from El Salvador and raised in Cuenca, Ecuador. Former collegiate player at Anderson University (SC) and Davis Cup representative for El Salvador.
- Elite Player Development – Coached and developed players who have reached the Top 10 in the ITF Junior rankings and the Top 100 at the professional level, demonstrating success across both junior and pro transitions.
- Grand Slam Coaching Experience – Has coached on the professional tour and traveled to all four Grand Slam tournaments, contributing at the highest level of the sport.
- WTA Experience – Worked with WTA players, including Aliona Bolsova during her developmental years.
