I am a passionate tennis coach and player. My approach is based on technical, physical, mental and tactical goals. I value discipline, concentration, positivity, ethics and pleasure of the game. I like to insist on footworks and breathing. A holistic approach based on healthy food and meditation make part of the process.

I like to swim, practice yoga, learn on culture, read and live in the present moment. Each day is an opportunity to grow and to be grateful.
