As a highly experienced tennis enthusiast, I currently serve as president of a club with approximately 40 staff members and 1,200 members. I am 45 years old and work as a career advisor and mental coach for professional tennis players, as well as a management consultant for large organizations. I have worked as a coach for Günter Bresnik, Wolfgang Thiem, and Kaia Kanepi, and I myself played tennis in the top division of the German Bundesliga. My book, Systemic Coaching in Competitive Sports, has been available in stores since 2017. In 2025, I founded the tennis platform Tennis Transfer and have already helped 500 clients to find each other.

About Me
As a highly experienced tennis enthusiast, I currently serve as president of a club with approximately 40 staff members and 1,200 members. I am 45 years old and work as a career advisor and mental coach for professional tennis players, as well as a management consultant for large organizations like Porsche, Volkswagen. I have worked as a coach for Günter Bresnik, Wolfgang Thiem (father of Dominik), and Kaia Kanepi, and I myself played tennis in the top division of the German Bundesliga mens 30+. My book, Systemic Coaching in Competitive Sports, has been available in stores since 2017. In 2025, I founded the tennis platform Tennis Transfer and have already helped 500 clients to find each other. We connect Tennis Teams searching for players vice versa. Same for clubs/academies and coaches. In 1999 i was ranked as one of the Top 100 Juniors in Tennis Germany.
From 2004 to 2008, I spent several hundred days conducting training seminars for employees of my former organization. I successfully completed a training program for adult education instructors in 2005.
Even though I never obtained an official tennis coaching license, my 30 years of experience in tennis—from playing as a beginner to working with professionals—helped me build my expertise and become a successful consultant and coach in professional tennis.
I currently train regularly with a junior under 16 who is already among the top juniors in Europe and is signed with IMG. I also help find sponsors. As president of my club, I was responsible for approximately 1.4 million euros in revenue and 56,000 euros in profit in 2025.
In my free time, I especially enjoy attending tennis tournaments, I still play competitive tennis myself, and I enjoy spending time at my piano.
