My name is Martina Petrovic, I am 22 years old and based in Stockholm, Sweden. I have competed as both a national and international tennis player. I have played on the ITF Junior Circuit and the WTA Tour. Over the past five years, I have also built a career as a tennis coach, a profession I have developed a strong passion for. I have coached a wide range of players, from elite-level juniors to young children, beginners, and adult players of all ages. Through coaching, I have gained valuable experience in leadership, communication, and adapting training methods to different skill levels.

Education
- Sweden – Compulsory Education (Grades 1–9)
- Upper Secondary School Diploma in Business and Economics (Specialization in Economic Law)
- Completed a three-year program with a focus on business, economics, and legal studies.
- Additional Courses in Sports Economics and Entrepreneurship
- Mälardalen University, Sweden
- Completed post-secondary courses focusing on economics within sports and entrepreneurship.

I have worked at several tennis clubs in Stockholm, Sweden, gaining valuable experience from different environments and coaching structures.
My first coaching position was at Västerhaninge Tennis Club, where I was responsible for the children’s tennis program. I oversaw training sessions and contributed to the technical and personal development of young players, helping them build a strong foundation in the sport.
- Tennis Coach – Farsta Tennis Club – Stockholm, Sweden -2022 – Present
After my time at Västerhaninge Tennis Club, I transitioned to Farsta Tennis Club in 2022, where I currently work as a tennis coach.
At Farsta, I have had a broad and dynamic role, coaching players of all ages and levels within group training programs. This has required strong adaptability, leadership, and the ability to tailor sessions to different skill levels.
In addition to group coaching, I have conducted private lessons, where I focus on individualized player development. Through these sessions, I have worked closely with clients to improve their technical, tactical, and mental aspects of the game, helping them reach their personal goals in tennis.
- Administration and reception
In addition to my coaching responsibilities, I have also had the opportunity to work with administration and reception duties at the tennis clubs. In this role, I assisted customers with payments, invoicing, and general inquiries.
This experience has significantly strengthened my customer service skills and my understanding of the operational side of the business. I have consistently received positive feedback for my professionalism, approachability, and service-oriented mindset.
