About Me
I started my tennis career with my father when I was 5 years old. At the age of 10 I won my first Hungarian national championship title. After that I won more than 20 Hungarian titles in singles and doubles.
I was part of the Hungarian U18 National Team at the European Championship where I finished in the top 8. I also played many international tournaments where I gained a lot of experience. With my ETA ranking (Top 50) and later ITF tournament results, I reached ranking 217 in the world.
In 2013 I was a member of the Hungarian Davis Cup team. In 2015 I played in the final of the Hungarian Adult National Championship and finished in 2nd place. During my career I also earned two ATP ranking points.
Between 2015 and 2017 I worked with competitive and amateur players at the Marcal Tennis Center in Győr. After that, until 2019, I worked with national junior players at the MESE Tennis Club in Budapest and I also gave lessons for amateur players.
Since then I have been working privately with national level players between the ages of 14 and 18. In 2019 in Marbella, Spain I was a sparring partner for Christian Lerby from the Netherlands, who was ranked 68 in the ITF Junior World Rankings at the time and was preparing for Junior Wimbledon. Later that summer in the United States I spent three months as a sparring partner for Dimitry Popko, who is currently around 176 in the ATP rankings.
Currently I am still semi-active in competitions. At the end of last year I played three Hungarian First League prize tournaments and won all of them. I also regularly play in Austrian (Bundesliga 2), Hungarian and German team championships.
In 2024 I graduated from the BA Tennis Coaching program at the University of Physical Education, which is one of the highest tennis coaching qualifications in Hungary.
At the moment I am working with the best U12 tennis player in Hungary, and besides that I coach and spar with several other talented young competitive players.
Experience
- 2015–2017 – Coaching kids, adults and competitive junior players.
- 2017–2019 – Coaching and sparring with some of the best Hungarian junior players (U14–U18).
- 2019 – Sparring in Boca Raton (USA) with Leonid Boyka (ITF Junior Top 59) and Dmitry Popko (ATP ~171).
- 2019 – Sparring in Marbella (Spain) with Christian Lerby (ITF Junior Top 68), preparing for Junior Wimbledon.
- 2021 – Sparring partner of Réka Jani (WTA Top 150).
- 2022 – Full-time tennis coach.
- 2023–Present – Full-time tennis coach and sparring partner working with Hungarian national-level players. Also coaching and sparring in padel.
- Present – Currently working professionally with the best Hungarian U12 girl player, while also coaching and sparring with several other talented competitive junior players.
