Dhruv Goyal - Tennis Coach

Date of Birth – June 1st, 1995. Height – 6 feet/182 centimetres. Weight – 73 kg/160 lbs.

I had been a national-level Tennis player since I was 8 until I turned 20. Ever since then for around 9 years now, I have been coaching Tennis.

My hobbies include engaging in intellectual conversations, reading and sightseeing.

Accomplishments:

1) I was 47th ranked in AITA Men’s level (All-India Tennis Association). Also, I was in 32nd in AITA Under-18 level.

2) I represented my State/Union Territory Delhi and secured second rank in the National School Games Under-17 in January 2010.

3) I represented my State/Union Territory Delhi and secured third rank in the National School Games Under-19 in January 2012.

4) I represented my State/Union Territory Delhi and secured third rank in the National School Games Under-19 in January 2013.

5) I represented my college, that is Hansraj College, and secured second rank in the Inter-College Competition in 2013-146

6) I represented my college, that is Hansraj College, and secured second rank in the Inter-College Competition in 2014-15.

7) Got my photo in the “Dainik Bhaskar” national newspaper dated 31st October 2012 on page 9, for Tennis All India Tennis Association (AITA) Men’s category tournament.

8) Got my photo in the “Chandigarh Newsline” newspaper dated 23rd February 2014 on page 5, for Tennis International Tennis Federation (ITF) Men’s Futures US$10,000 tournament.

9) Got my photo in the “Daily Chandigarh” newspaper dated 24th February 2014 on page 2, for Tennis International Tennis Federation (ITF) Men’s Futures US $10,000 tournament.

10) I won various tournaments, including and not limited to AITA Under-14 Singles and Doubles, and Under-16 Singles and Doubles, and Under-18 Singles and Doubles.

11) I got congratulatory letter from the then Union Minister of Human Resources Development, Communications and Information Technology Mr. Kapil Sibal on 31st January, 2012, for my performance in Class 10th.

12) I also played an International Tennis Federation (ITF) Men’s Futures tournament in Valencia, Spain in 2013.
