Hi my name is Diogo, and I consider myself as a goal achiever professionally. Love to work for hard and rigorous goals, and I face any challenge with high standards and the only possible result… Success. I have managed all these years to learn and combine a strong set of skills that allow me today to face such a ambitious challenge as a new project on the development of Padel in any type of situation.

Experience
- Padel Coach since August 2017 until today, achieving twenty classes in the first month, counting today with 49 classes, dealing with athletes from eight to seventy years old, all genders and also preparing every day a class with two Autistic boys.
- Coordinate every technical aspect of the Academy.
- Organizing classes by level, age and condition.
- Dealing with payments of any type.
- Preparing every kind of tournaments, mix, male, female, kids and veterans.
- Coaching professional players.
- I developed dozens of Excel documents where I prepared everything, tournaments, classes, attendance, payments, everything was developed by me.
- I am very proud that our Padel academy, which only has three padel courts and is located in a place with very little population, reaches monthly a turnover of thirty thousand euros.
- For example, last month I organized a tournament with 144 players in one weekend only, and it was a success.
- I can count today with 137 students only in my classes.
Basically I do all the managing in the Academy and we are full since day one.
