I am al tennis player who has competed on the ITF circuit and an experienced high-performance tennis coach with international coaching experience across Spain, the Netherlands, and China. I have worked with players ranging from complete beginners to elite juniors and professional ATP/WTA-level players.
I still absolutely adore hitting and love having the opportunity to play whenever possible, sprarring with players or scheduling hitting sessions of my own in my free time.
My coaching focuses on developing strong technical foundations, high-intensity training habits, tactical intelligence, movement efficiency, and competitive mindset. I am highly experienced in international coaching environments, and aspire for improvement always.

About Me
I am a passionate and dedicated tennis coach and high-level sparring partner with a lifelong connection to the sport. Having competed at national level and trained extensively in Barcelona, I have had the privilege of developing my game and coaching philosophy under some of the most respected names in Spanish tennis, including Lluis Bruguera and Dudu Duarte. This experience has shaped my understanding of elite player development, technical excellence, and the importance of adapting coaching to each individual.
I have coached and sparred with players of all levels—from complete beginners to high-performance and professional athletes—and I take pride in creating an environment that is both challenging and enjoyable. My coaching style combines strong technical foundations with energy, encouragement, and attention to the mental side of the game.
Originally from Ireland, I have lived and worked internationally, which has helped me develop strong communication skills and adaptability. I speak English, Irish, Spanish, and Greek, allowing me to connect easily with players from diverse backgrounds.
Outside of coaching, tennis remains my greatest passion, whether through playing, studying the tactical and analytical side of the sport, or helping others improve. I also have a strong interest in performance analysis and advanced sports analytics, particularly in tennis. Beyond sport, I enjoy reading, listening to music and podcasts, and staying active through playing basketball and football whenever I get the chance.

Assistant Head Tennis Coach

- Working with top junior players in China in a high-performance academy environment
- Assisting the Head Coach in planning and delivering daily elite training programmes
- Delivering intensive group and individual sessions focused on technical, tactical, physical, and mental development
