About Me

I began playing tennis in 1990 at Tennis Club Le Bettole, where I took my first steps in the sport. From 1992 to 2007, I trained and competed with Tennis Club Varese, playing both junior competitions and national Serie C team events.

During my junior career, I won the Regional Championships in 1997 and took part in the Italian Junior Championships from 1996 to 1998. From 2008 to 2010, I competed at a higher national level with SC Varese Più, playing in the Serie B team championships.

Originally from Italy and now based in Marbella, Spain, I speak Italian, Spanish and English. I continue to travel the tour, coach dedicated local players and holiday makers, and share my love for the game.

With my partner we have a beautiful 8 years old kid .

Experience

As a Tennis Coach and Match Analyst, I have collaborated with several top-level ATP and WTA players, combining technical expertise with a data-driven approach to performance improvement.

In my collaboration with MXP Tennis Academy in Milan, I fulfil the role of match analyst and travelling coach. I worked with Mattia Bellucci’s team (career-high ATP No. 63), supporting their performance preparation and match analysis.

Currently, I am part of Moez Echargui’s coaching team at MXP (career-high ATP No. 134), contributing to on-court development, match strategy, and detailed performance analytics.

I’ve had the privilege of working with Karolina Pliskova (former World No. 1), providing in-depth video and match analysis focused on technical awareness, shot selection, and opponent strategy.

I have also worked with Marco Cecchinato (career-high ATP No. 16) and Rémy Bertola (ATP No. 239) in a dual role as tennis coach and match analyst, supporting their competitive development through both on-court coaching and analytical insights.

With Elmar Ejupovic (ATP No. 273), my contribution focused solely on match analysis, supporting his tactical preparation through detailed performance insights.

Building on my experience as a match analyst and coach, I have expanded my work into coach education, with a specific focus on methodological structure and training design.

I worked as a lecturer in a coaches education course at Bel Air Tennis Club in Estepona (Málaga), an intensive two-day program involving 10 coaches, strongly focused on on-court teaching methodology.

My contribution focused on:

Teaching progressions for the main technical fundamentals (forehand, backhand, serve, and volley), structured from analytical to global
Identification of recurring technical mistakes and implementation of effective technical corrections, adapted to the player’s level
Design of drills aligned with specific technical and tactical objectives
Functional warm-up methodology, integrating physical preparation and eye–hand coordination
Groundstrokes training with a combined technical and tactical approach
Development of game plans to manage neutral, defensive, and offensive situations
Serve and return teaching progressions, focused on consistency, clarity, and point development
The goal of the course was to provide coaches with clear, transferable methodological tools to help them structure progressive, efficient training sessions closely connected to real-game situations.
