Jamie is a natural-born educator and began to embrace his heightened interest in this field during his teenage years, after obtaining reconstructive shoulder surgery. Since then, he went on to become a top leading expert in player development methods and is one of the most sought out coaches in tennis.

With his rigorous academic focus, Jamie delivers extensive knowledge to his students. His proven successful strategies consist of diversifying the trainings to keep them fresh, setting individual goals for each player, and never using rankings as a way to assess progress. By using his pivotal approaches, Jamie has successfully helped develop many top national and international junior players. Of those players, some have gone on to pursuing Junior Grand Slams, are competing in prestigious D1 schools, and others are now in the pro circuit, winning tournaments in popular tours, including ATP and WTA.

Jamie has an impeccable rooted skill for reaching every player on a deeper level to read and fully grasp who they are as a person. He firmly believes that being able to interpret and apprehend people is an art form that every coach should learn how to master. Doing so allows accurate insight into what approach to take for each player to optimize their abilities and maximize their successes.

From his technical development and on-court coaching background, Jamie has been able to share his experiences by writing for numerous well-known tennis magazines and couching editorials around the globe.
