About Me

I grew up in the Czech Republic in a strong tennis culture that shaped my passion for the sport. Tennis has been a central part of my life for many years, first as a player and later as a coach. Outside the court, I enjoy running, taking part in different sports challenges, strength and conditioning training, and continuously pushing my limits both physically and mentally.

Experience

I have over nine years of coaching experience working with competitive junior and professional tennis players in performance-focused environments. My coaching background has been developed primarily within structured academy systems, where I am involved in daily on-court training, long-term athlete development, and individualized performance planning.

I currently coach at Pála–Vízner Tennis Academy in Prague, working alongside experienced coaches and supporting players competing at national and international levels. My responsibilities include technical and tactical coaching, session planning, and continuous player evaluation. I regularly travel with players to tournaments, providing on-site coaching, match preparation, tactical guidance during competition, and post-match performance analysis.

A key part of my work involves match analysis and video analysis, which I use to identify performance trends, technical patterns, and tactical decision-making. I incorporate these insights into training design and individual development plans. I also take part in sparring and on-court hitting sessions, supporting players in match-like situations and competitive practice environments.

My experience includes working with players competing in ITF, UTR and Junior Davis Cup events, as well as gaining international exposure as an Assistant Coach at Hobson Performance Tennis. In addition to academy coaching, I have managed my own coaching practice, designing individualized programs for players of different ages and levels, while maintaining a strong focus on professionalism, long-term development, and continuous learning.
