Having competed as a top 25 WTA and #1 junior tennis player, I know that true victory begins in the mind. About Me
I am a former professional tennis player, high performance tennis coach, and now a sports psychologist. My journey in elite sport taught me the importance of resilience, focus, and adaptability—skills I now share with athletes and young people. I am passionate about helping others grow both in sports and in life, while also enjoying time with my family and inspiring through psychology and sport.
Experience
I combine elite sporting experience, hands-on coaching and clinical training to help athletes perform at their best. As a former top-level professional tennis player and high-performance tennis coach with WTA and ITF competition experience, I know what it takes to compete under pressure. After completing a Master’s degree in Psychology with a specialization in Sport Psychology, I moved into full-time practice working with juniors, competitive adolescents and adult athletes.
My work blends on-court coaching with evidence-based mental skills training: goal setting, concentration and routine development, arousal and emotion regulation, imagery and pre-performance preparation. I design individualized programs that connect technical training and psychological skills so athletes learn to apply mental strategies directly in practice and competition.
I run one-to-one sessions, group workshops and parent education sessions — helping athletes overcome performance anxiety, return confidently from setbacks, build resilience and create sustainable habits. Rooted in personal experience as an athlete and coach and informed by years working with students and teams, my approach is practical, collaborative and encouraging. I aim to help athletes enjoy the process, adapt to challenges, and reach their potential both on court and in life.
