I consider myself to be a friendly, down-to-earth guy, with a positive outlook on life. I make the extra effort to build a strong coach-student bond, and focus on empowering each pupil to excel to the best of their abilities. I believe in a game-based approach to coaching but still like to develop sound fundamental motor skills and technique with every player.
