My name is Nikola, I’m 28 years old. After competing as a junior, I transitioned into coaching. Helping students of all ages discover their passion for the sport soon became my calling.
An international coaching career in Spain, Switzerland, and Morocco followed, while I kept my base at hometown club in Austria. Here I still play for the first team. Along the way, I also developed a love for Padel, both as a player and coach. Excited to see where this journey leads next!

About Me

Born and raised in Innsbruck, I picked up a racket as a teenager and taught Tennis myself a lot by playing against the wall and watching the pro´s on the TV. I think that approach helped me create a more individual teaching style. Conversely, teaching others made me realise more of my own technical/tactical flaws.

Additionally, I joined many training groups, academies and have been training with and playing for the first team of the Tennis Klub IEV in Innsbruck for many years. I was fortunate to co-own a tennis and Padel school quickly here, as well as managing the youth training in a different tennis club (TC Rum).

Padel on the other hand came to me as an oppurtunity about four years ago additionally to my tennis coaching position. In order to keep up with teaching better players, I spent countless more hours teaching and playing myself, while finishing the Hello Padel Academy Bronze Level License.

Apart from these sports, my greatest interests are related to more static activities, such as reading (mainly about, society, psychology and classic novels) and playing chess.

Arbeitszeugnis Nikola-Gregor Petojevic, geboren am 25.12.1997, war bei der Firma Matchpoint Sports Canarias S.L. im Bereich „Tennis“ vom 22.01.2023 bis 31.03.2023 im Playitas Resort auf Fuerteventura/Spanien als Tennistrainer beschäftigt.
