I am writing to strongly recommend Rahul Sadhwani as a tennis coach for the position he is seeking. I have been taking private lessons from Rahul at Ace Academy since December of 2016. Recently, I played a ratings match with Gladiator tennis league, and was rated USTA 3.0, up from 2.5, and I attribute this advance to Rahul's excellent coaching. Coming from a season of many losing NITTL games, I decided to work on my tennis skills through private lessons. I've tried lessons with different coaches at different local clubs, though helpful, I did not see a dramatic improvement in my skills until I started to take lessons with Rahul. His lessons were very intense, yet fun. From struggling with my serve, to winning my service games through serves, he taught me both technique and mindset, all in a relatively short period of time. The latest thing we worked on was topspin, which was giving me great enjoyment and confidence at the same time. As my skills improving, I increased my lesson times from 1 to 3 lessons per week. Another interesting fact is I lost ten pounds due to these workouts, it feels so good to be more fit now.

Rahul Sadhwani did internship at ACE academy as head pro and assistant Director from November 24, 2016 to April18, 2017. Rahul demonstrated excellent skills of marketing and coaching with our sponsors and players. On the tennis court, Rahul trained all level and age players from children as young as three, seniors and world class professional players. His knowledge of the game along with his ability to motivate people, truly set him apart from many of his peers. Along his coaching internship, Rahul competed in ITF (International Tennis Federation) future professional tournaments to keep up his professional playing career. Rahul’s internship was of no monetary compensation, but rather a knowledge based compensation as he worked under my tutelage and facility. As my facility is small and does not meet the requirements for a P Visa or O1 Visa, I cannot have Rahul on my team. I truly wish I could have Rahul as he learned very quickly, players and coaches appreciated his hard work and truly liked him as a person. Wherever Rahul ends up I am certain he will take players and colleagues to the next level.
