My name is Rayane Oumaouche, and my tennis journey began in Paris, where I first picked up a racket at just four years old. From the very beginning, tennis became more than a sport for me—it became a way of life, a passion, and a constant pursuit of excellence.

About Me
Before turning professional, I competed successfully on the ITF junior circuit, winning multiple junior tournaments and reaching one of the most important milestones of my early career by competing at Roland-Garros Junior. In 2017, I officially began competing on the ATP Tour. My journey has included different chapters, including a two-year break from the professional circuit during which I competed for one of the top NCAA universities in the United States—an experience that helped me grow both as an athlete and as a person.
Today, I am ranked No. 1064 in the ATP rankings and No. 91 in France. As a left-handed player with a two-handed backhand, my identity on court is built around an aggressive baseline style, inspired by my role model, Rafael Nadal. I bring intensity, discipline, and competitiveness into every match I play.
Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with respected ATP-level coaches, including Éric Prodon and Vincent Ligerd. I also had the opportunity to train in Spain at the Lozano Altur Academy, a high-performance environment that has worked with players such as David Ferrer, Sara Errani, and Marat Safin.
My journey has been built on resilience, sacrifice, and an obsession with improvement. Every challenge, every country, every coach, and every match has shaped the player I am today—and I know my best tennis is still ahead of me.
As a junior player, I competed in some of the most prestigious events in the world, including Junior Roland-Garros, as well as multiple Grade 1 international tournaments. I then spent nearly 10 years competing professionally on the ITF Futures circuit, traveling across the world and gaining invaluable experience on and off the court.
This international journey, combined with years of elite competition, has given me a deep understanding of player development, performance, and what it truly takes to succeed at a high level. My goal today is to pass on that knowledge, experience, and professional mindset to help every player unlock their full potential.
Experience
My coaching experience includes working with young competitive players in France who are focused on improving their rankings and reaching new milestones in their development. I have also coached private clients with a more premium profile, including adults who are passionate about tennis and looking to elevate their level of play in a professional and personalized environment.
One of my strengths as a coach is my ability to adapt to different types of players, personalities, goals, and expectations. Whether the objective is competition, performance, or personal improvement, I always tailor my approach to deliver the best possible results.
Among my professional experiences, I have also had the opportunity to work as a sparring partner during Roland-Garros, where I trained in highly private and elite environments alongside some of the best players in the world, including Stefanos Tsitsipas, Coco Gauff, Fabio Fognini, and Novak Djokovic. These experiences gave me a unique inside perspective on the demands, discipline, and standards of world-class performance. They also allowed me to develop strong coaching instincts at the highest level. In parallel, I have accompanied players on both the ATP and Futures circuits in a player-coach role, including working closely with a player ranked inside the ATP Top 700 and started with me 1950 ATP.
