Teaching tennis has always been a priority and interest for me.
Establishing an energetic and interactive learning atmosphere that prioritizes movement, enthusiasm, guidance, and growth, while fostering mutual respect and accountability, is a fundamental aspect of my tennis teaching philosophy.
Alongside my enthusiasm for coaching tennis, I enjoy playing tennis.
I have been active in tennis coaching for many years and at this moment, with the help and cooperation of SPC, I hope to be able to gain different experiences in tennis at the international level and the highest levels in a new environment, with new friends and colleagues.
After playing and acquiring technical and tactical skills, I received my first official tennis coaching certificate in 2001, Every year after that, I improved my knowledge and participation in classes, improving my knowledge and ability in tennis, and I have increased my title of tennis coach.
One of my significant recent endeavours over the past 16 years has been establishing a tennis academy at one of the largest universities in the country. I have taken on roles in tennis directing, head coaching, and managing the academy.
These 14 years gave me many experiences and abilities beyond being a tennis coach. The experience of managing a large sports organization with numerous personnel and overseeing a tennis academy with over 750 players was a transformative and enriching chapter in my career.
Understanding and coordinating affairs and aligning tennis affairs and tennis academic issues with the university and its various faculties was one of the important achievements of my presence at the university.
In addition to my experiences at the university’s tennis academy, during my tennis career, I have been fortunate to seize significant opportunities throughout my tennis career, striving to maximize the benefits and insights gained from each experience.
I would like to take this opportunity to provide you with a concise overview of my professional journey in tennis:
– Since 2001, I have incorporated private tennis lessons into my coaching programs, enabling me to teach and impart tennis techniques to players across all age groups. My teaching approach adapts to the specific needs of players, taking into account their age and gender.
– One of my capabilities is to analyze players, fix technical errors and movement errors, use updated and new tools such as player analysis software, educational aids, and cooperation and obtain help and specialized information from physiotherapists and physical fitness coaches. also using a video analyst for game and player analysis.
– I was actively engaged in various tennis clubs as a tennis coach, trainer, and analyst, focusing on correcting movement and technical errors in players for 8 years.
– Collaboration with the tennis federation to hold competitions and its management and coordination at the level of the province and the country.
– In my role with the provincial tennis board, I have served as secretary, executive secretary, and coordinator of tennis affairs, representing the board at the university and organizing provincial tournaments.
– Writing books and articles and notes related and not related to tennis and translating scientific texts and articles.
Apart from teaching tennis, one of my main roles and interests is conducting research, writing books and articles, and collaborating with university professors and institutions in the field of tennis-related and non-tennis-related sciences.
Achieving scientific findings that can improve tennis teaching methods is one of my most interesting research. Translation of articles and books in all scientific, social, political, economic and other biological fields are among my work in the past years and the future.
– I have always tried to use scientific findings and articles to improve and raise the quality and level of my tennis training.
– I have also created tennis concepts that incorporate scientific methodologies, mental strategies, and contemporary training techniques.
– Additionally, I design training programs and oversee the activities of the coaching staff.
– I possess a comprehensive understanding of office tasks and am proficient in using office equipment and software, alongside my experiences in tennis.
I have a strong passion for gym and fitness, which has motivated me to maintain a consistent gym routine for several years to ensure my physical fitness remains at a high level. Currently, I am 180 cm tall, weigh 66 kg, and have a BMI of 21.1, along with a body fat percentage of 13.8%. These metrics categorize me as an athlete. I have never engaged in smoking or alcohol consumption, and I am well-prepared for any sports-related assessments.
A tennis coach must possess a thorough understanding of the body’s physiology and movement patterns. Throughout my years of coaching and teaching tennis, I have achieved success by engaging in research, learning, and accumulating experiences.
My knowledge extends to the mechanisms of movement, as well as the muscular and skeletal structures of the body, alongside human physiology, particularly in the areas of bodybuilding and movement therapy. Additionally, I have gained valuable insights into bodybuilding tools, equipment, and physical fitness.
This expertise has significantly contributed to my ability to teach and coach tennis effectively, ensuring that my players not only enhance their physical fitness but also remain free from sports injuries.
Throughout my years of involvement in tennis, I have served as a tennis coach, teacher, and instructor. In each of these roles, I have consistently aimed to achieve the best outcomes and make a positive impact.
As a tennis coach, I have made it a priority to incorporate the following principles into my practice and coaching approach:

- Safety and Injury Prevention
- Communication and Relationship Building
- Administration and Organization

In my view, families play a crucial and impactful role in the development of tennis players during training. I have consistently made an effort to keep families updated on their children’s progress, fostering effective and harmonious collaboration to enhance player quality. This is a priority for me.
As a tennis coach, I believe it is essential to regularly provide my employer with detailed reports on my players’ progress and improvements. These reports facilitate a mutual understanding between myself and the employer, ultimately contributing to the enhancement of player quality and the overall effectiveness of the organization where I work.
I consider myself a patient individual, valuing precision and composure in my approach. Patience and accuracy are fundamental principles that guide my work.
Also, I have high empathy and sensitivity towards others, which allows me to understand others and cooperate effectively with those around me.
I fully believe in teamwork and cohesion in the educational environment and being in line with the opinions and orders of the employer and head coach, and it is important to me.
