Over the years, I have worked in many places: USA Colleges (Division 1, 2, 3, Community Colleges),Tennis Academies, High Schools, Recreation Parks programs, Private Tennis Clubs, etc.

In June 2009, I started my collaboration with the City of El Segundo, Department of Recreation and Parks as an independent contractor. Also, I am the Head Coach Women tennis for El Camino Community College, Torrance, California.

I would like to join an ATP/WTA professional. I would like to asssist the professional on improving their stroke production, strategy adaptibility, mental fortitude, improve their strength and conditioning , enhancing and developing a variety of skills to enjoy their \\\”journey\\\” on the ATP/WTA tour.

I have been coaching College tennis teams mostly. I would like to offer my expertise and experience to One Professional/Student for a change. There is a lot I can offer for the right person. Ideally, the professional is proficient in English.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Arts – Physical Education – California State University, Long Beach.
Etcheberry Experience – Certified by Pat Etcheberry – Tennis Strength and Conditioning
RSPA – former United Stated Professional Tennis Association (USPTA) – Certified

About Me

I have started to play tennis and coach in Romania.

I started to play/coach on clay which is a surface that teaches you how to construct points, how to be patient, how to be creative during a rally, how to fight for every point = the point is not over till the ball bounces twice.

I was a late bloomer. That is why I believe every student is different and should be treated differently.

I didn’t play professional tennis. Unfortunately! My parents couldn’t afford it. And my family didn’t live in the country’s capital where High Level of training would allow opportunities.

But I can coach because Tennis is in my DNA! And I have the Experience and the Knowledge necessary to do so.

I always do my best to help out my Professional/Student/Pupil improve their tennis and life acumen.
