From 2021-2023 I worked in Germany as a head coach at a small academy and later on I started my own academy (The Academy).I worked till the end of 2020 in Minsk, Belarus as Head of Women’s Tennis for the Belarus Tennis Federation. My wife is from Minsk. I worked with top world class junior players (number 9 and 35 ITF Juniors) and Pro Tour players (top 350-500 WTA). I am very well known with some other former Belarus players (Anastasia Yakimova WTA Top 50, Irina Kyrianovich WTA Top 90, Katerina Dzegalevich WTA Top 120 and Natasha Galouza WTA Top 350) who I worked with. I know the culture and work ethics of female players in general and Belarus players in specific very well.
