Argentinian tennis coach of high performance players. I am 39 years old and have 18 years of experience developing many ITF top 100 juniors and working with professional ATP and WTA players. I have worked in Argentina, China, Poland and in Sweden, where I had been for the last 7 years working with Magnus Norman at Good to Great Academy.
I am a very passionate and hard worker, I like to spend many hours on court trying to find the best performance, clean technique and good stroke feeling. I try to make my players very competitive even in bad days, give them the propper tools to have a plan b and plan c in case things are not working in that particular day. Saying that, I try that we don´t fall into the trap of excuses.
Usually I travel an average of 20 weeks per year, which I like it a lot and don\’t mind to spend 5-6 weeks in a row on the road.
I think my best ability is to be able to adapt to different circumstances
