I am Uros,a certified Tennis and Padel Coach with a strong commitment to player development, performance, and passion for the game. With 9 years of coaching experience, I specialize in creating structured, goal-oriented training programs that enhance technical skills, tactical understanding, and mental focus.

My coaching philosophy centers on continuous improvement and ensuring each player reaches their full potential — whether training for competition or personal growth. I bring professionalism, enthusiasm, and a results-driven approach to every session. I believe every player is unique, especially at a young age, and total beginners, so I tailor each session to individual goals—whether it’s improving technique, gaining confidence, or competing at a higher level. My aim is to make every training experience motivating, challenging, and enjoyable.

About Me

I started playing tennis in Kraljevo at age 5, since my room was overlooking local courts ,and inspired by Novak Djokovic. Competed in and won multiple tournaments across Serbia, later joining a regional team coached by higher-ranked professionals, who worked with Serbia’s top-ranked junior players (ages 10–18). Worked as a coach’s assistant and sparring partner (2017–2019) for nationally and internationally ranked players, including:

Lazar Milićević – Career-high ITF Junior Ranking: 250
Teodora Vukojević – ITF Junior Ranking: 2055
Zi Hen Wang – ITF Junior Ranking: 194.

I am passionate about both individual and team sports, which offer me opportunities to challenge myself and bond with others. On the court, I love playing basketball, where teamwork, strategy, and quick thinking are key to success.

In the winter months, I embrace the outdoors with skiing. There’s something incredibly refreshing about being on the slopes, combining adrenaline with the beauty of nature. It’s a great way to unwind, clear my mind, and enjoy the thrill of the sport.

Traveling with my fiancée, exploring new destinations with , discovering new cultures, and indulging in local cuisines. Whether we’re visiting famous landmarks or hidden gems, I believe that travel offers endless opportunities for growth and learning. Back home, I like to watch a good movie. I’m also a fan of board games, which provide a fun and engaging way to spend time with my family and friends.

Overall, my hobbies reflect a balance of physical activity, cultural exploration, and relaxation, each of which adds depth to my life and enriches my personal and professional experiences.

Assisted the Head Coach in daily operations, including organizing tournaments, managing training sessions, and creating lesson plans.
Conducted group and individual lessons for beginners and intermediate players.
Supported young athletes’ technical, tactical, and mental development.

2. Tennis Coach

Provided tennis lessons to players of various skill levels, ad ages, focusing on technique, footwork, and match play.

I was a head coach of Zi Hen Wang, ( ITF Junior Ranking: 1941), I worked children, young players, total beginners, both individually and in groups. I participate in padel tournaments , and played with amateurs.
I especially enjoy working with children, creating a positive and motivating training atmosphere that helps them build confidence, develop skills, and feel optimistic about their progress and future in tennis.
