Rise - Tennis Programme

RISE is a high performance 100% individualized training programs for players who are willing to prepare tournaments, or work on specifics aspects of their game in an amazing place in the South of France.

We make the player improve in their technical mental and strategic aspects of their game.
We can also coach the player in tournament after their training block.
Our program is created for high level pro and junior players, as well as young players (11 years Old) ready to dedicate fully to tennis performance.

Country Club Aixois
  • Country Club Aixois is located in amazing area in the South of France (Provence Alpes Cote d’Azur).
  • Its an historical club with 40 courts, a restaurant and a swimming pool, located in the nature. We can practice on clay, hard outdoors and indoors there.
  • The club host every year one tournament ATP Challenger 175.
  • The club is 25 minutes away from Marseille international airport.
 
 

TRAINING BLOCKS

How does a training Block work ?

1 – Set up a strategy and define the goals

The starting point :

  • A 30-minutes meeting with the player and their team to get to know each other, discuss the identified needs, and determine 2 to 4 very clear focus areas for the week.
  • Maintain commitment and stay on track Two additional meetings (midweek and end of the week) to assess progress and refine the goals for the end of the week.

2 – Support and experience progress

  • Each morning will be dedicated to a 1.5-hour individual training session, where both the player’s and coach’s attention to detail will be complete.
  • Every afternoon, a 2-hour practical session will allow the player to implement the solutions and advice experienced in the morning.
  • The warm-up and 1 hour 15 minutes of physical preparation will take place every day so that the
    player maintains their fitness and takes care of their body throughout the week.
