I am 28 years old female tennis coach from Australia. Former player. Played on both ITF Junior and senior women’s circuit. Lover of the game both on and off the tennis court.

From Adelaide Australia, where I have worked only side some of the best coaches such as Todd Langman, Todd Ley and Sandon Stolly. Moved to Sydney end of 2022 to further develop my coaching career. Worked in two of the top private tennis schools Meriden School and St.Catherine’s School. I then decided to move to the federation in Sydney to work with more high performance players. Both on court and travelling.

Glenlea Tennis Club – Women’s Team Captain (2020–2022)

  • Captained the women’s team in South Australia’s highest competition division, leading the team to six consecutive premierships across three summer and three winter seasons.
  • Developed and mentored emerging junior players, several of whom progressed to compete at the Australian Open Juniors, represent Australia in the Junior Fed Cup, or secure scholarships in the American college system.
  • Collaborated with coach Todd Langman on weekly match planning, team selection, and strategy to optimise performance.
  • Navigated team challenges with a focus on communication, leadership, and cohesion, building a strong and supportive team culture.
  • Experience strengthened my leadership skills, competitive mindset, and passion for team-based environments — qualities that continue to shape my coaching approach today.

Premier League Captain – Sydney (2024)

  • Captained a Sydney Premier League team to a premiership victory in 2024.
  • Led a high-calibre squad with exceptional depth, adapting quickly to a new competitive environment outside of my home state.
  • Captained alongside some of Australia’s top players, including Renee Alame, Rianna Alame, Jizelle Sibai (top 250 ITF juniors went on to play Australian Open Junior main draw 2025) and Grace Schumacher (former U.S. college player). Built strong relationships and gained valuable insights into team dynamics and high-performance environments.

Experience

Tennis coaching at Concordia College 2015-2016 Adelaide, Australia 

Worked with students from Year 8 to 12.

Designing and implementing programs focused on basic fundamental tennis skills. This included – forehand, backhand, serving, weight distribution, balance and footwork  
Designing and implement fitness programs, specifically to build core strength and tennis fitness
Worked collaboratively with school staff to make certain I had a clear understanding of expectations, to report progress and plan next steps. This was done face to face in team meetings and written reports.

Evonne Goolagong Foundation January 2017, Victoria, Australia 

Overview: Since 2005, Evonne has run the Goolagong National Development Camp for Indigenous girls and boys between the ages of 5 – 15 years. Using tennis as a vehicle to promote better health, education and employment, the program has awarded school scholarships, produced university scholars, tennis players, coaches, and sports administrators and has helped with employment placement.

Role: Tennis Coach/Mentor for National Tennis Camp

Responsibilities:

Invited as a Tennis Coach for talented Indigenous children all over Australia.
Built strong rapport with the Children and other Coaches before, during and after the camp.
Taught a range of tennis specific skills in a clear and safe manner.

Acted as a positive role model for team participants during the camp.

Tennis Coaching at Immanuel College/Primary school January 2017- April 2022, Adelaide Australia 

Working with students from Year 3 to 12

Co-coached with an elite tennis coach Todd Langman (head coach of Thanasi Kokkinakis). Through co-coaching I have gained a wide range of experience and an extensive  amount of knowledge to assist my coaching and working with children and adults at any level.
Collaboratively coached some of South Australia’s best players such as:
Edward Winter – South Australia’s Top Under 14 boy’s player
Charlotte Kempenaers-Pocz – Australian Open juniors semi-finalist and Grand slam player
Toby Radford – Indigenous tennis player
Sarah Mildren – top primary aged player in South Australia

Langman and Ley Elite Tennis Academy January 2016- September 2022, Adelaide, Australia

Junior Coordinator Glenlea Tennis Club January 2016- September 2022, Adelaide, Australia

Build and sustain high level relationships with junior players and their parents. This is done by getting to know each player, understanding their interests and ambitions with tennis. I build relationships with parents through regular verbal and written communication. 
Developed and implemented a new communication platform to improve communication across the club. This has involved implementing Team App and a wide range of the App’s features to improve communication and efficiency. To make this change I undertook a wide range of research before deciding on the App and then consulted with the committee to implement the App. 
Liaise and collaborate with the club Head Coach to get his thoughts on the players and how they are going and where they should be playing in the team.

Attend monthly meetings with the Glenlea, Western, and Glenelg committee to gather information about what is happening through the tennis district.  Along with attending presentation nights for the end of season to celebrate all efforts.

Gained a detailed understanding of the nomination process, how to enter player information and how to nominate teams to each district. Using an online website to do all of this.

Meriden School September 2022- January 2024, Sydney Australia 

Collaborated within a team setting to coach and mentor students throughout the Tildsley program, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to enhance their skills and performance.
Accompanied and supported students in overseas travel to(ITF) tournaments, ensuring their readiness, well-being, and performance during competitions
Travelled with students and staff members to Australian All School’s National Championship 2022
Provided weekly mentorship to Year 9 and Year 10 students, fostering their academic growth, personal development, and skill enhancement.
Assisted with Meriden girls playing and training with IGSA and IPSHA matches through term 1 and 4
Coached and assisted casual coaches with coaching hots shots at Meriden and Southend.

St.Catherine’s School Feb 2024- July 2024, Sydney, Australia 

Conducted on-court and off-court sessions.
Consulted with the Head of Sport to identify areas for program improvement.
Delivered group and private lessons for Tildsley program students and provided additional training for other school athletes.
Coordinated IGSA tennis matches for all students in Term 1, ensuring organized and successful participation.
Supported players Audrey Aulia (449) and Elizabeth Ivanov(329) at two ITF tournaments in Gold Coast. Audrey reached four finals over two weeks. Elizabeth achieved consecutive doubles quarterfinals.

Tennis Australia July 2024- Present

Tennis Australia National Development Squad assistant coach- July 2024- present, Sydney Australia 

National Development Squad Assistant coach 

Assisting Dave Moore, Greg Royle, and Raph Durek in delivering National Development Squad training for athletes aged 10 and above, supporting their growth and performance.
Partnered with strength and conditioning coaches to enhance physical training sessions.
Played an active role in planning and delivering squad sessions throughout Terms 3 and 4.
Provided individualised feedback to players and engaged in on-court practice sessions to refine their skills.

Super 10’s

Supported Greg Royle in the selection process for Super 10’s players for the later half of the year, contributing to talent identification and team development.
Educated Super 10’s coaches with on-court warm-ups and provided ongoing support for player and behaviour management, both on and off the court.
– Coached and facilitated training sessions for Divisions 2, 3, and 4, fostering skill development and teamwork across all levels.

2024 Australian National Junior Teams Event Under-13s and Under-15s Coach for Team New South Wales, Tournament location: Queensland Australia 

Served as Manager and On-Court Coach for the NSW Under-13 and Under-15 Girls teams.
Led the 13s girls to 3rd position. Led the 15’s girls to 2nd position
Established and nurtured strong relationships with team members, fostering a supportive team environment.
Managed player readiness through effective body and load management strategies, ensuring optimal performance despite fitness limitations among some athletes.

2025 Australian National junior teams event coach- 13 under girls Team New South Wales, Tournament location: Queensland Australia

* This is the same as above was fortunate enough to be selected again for a second year running. Only took one team this year due to scheduling commitments.

  • Served as manger and on court coach for under 13’s girls team NSW
  • Lead the girls to a Semi final. Finishing equal third with NZ due to weather.

2025 Touring assistant coach ITF/ETA/ National camp- Tennis Australia present New Zealand Tour – January 2025

• Supported and mentored 10 junior players during a three-week tour across Ashburton, Christchurch, and Wellington.

• Delivered structured pre-match warm-ups, post-match cool-downs, and detailed match debriefs.

• Collaborated closely with a team of coaches to ensure player development and well-being both on and off the court.

Tasmanian ITF / National Camp – February 2025

• Selected, along with four players, to participate in a national camp immediately following the New Zealand tour.

• Managed travel logistics, successfully coordinating the transfer of players from New Zealand to Tasmania.

• Provided on- and off-court support to both returning and new players during two consecutive ITF events.

• Collaborated with a larger multidisciplinary coaching team to enhance athlete performance and well-being.

• Oversaw player transport to and from training and competition venues.

Under 13’s European Tour Coach – Germany, July 2025

• Selected as one of the coaches for a three-week European tour, supporting 10 junior players during three Tennis Europe tournaments in Koblenz, Waiblingen, and Ulm.

• Managed international travel logistics from Australia to Germany, as well as domestic transfers between cities.

• Oversaw the welfare and performance of five players, delivering daily warm-ups, cool-downs, and post-match debriefs.

• Conducted on-court training, movement sessions, and wellbeing workshops focused on both on- and off-court performance.

• Collaborated with coaching staff to plan training programs, movement schedules, daily routines, and travel/exploration days.
