Testimonial

I am familiar with the qualifications of Diego Veronelli as a player and a professional tennis coach. I can confirm hat he has coached over 15 players with top 200 international rankings or top 10 national rankings. Diego has coached numerous students to titles or finals appearances in competitions that are nationally or internationally recognised. Mr Veronelli also coached a junior player, Angela Blake from the UK to win a singles title at the Easter Bowl in Indian Wells in 2016 and a doubles in the 2017 USTA National Hard Court Championship in 2017. The receipt of these awards can be directly attributed to Diego Veronelli as their coach.

I believe that Coach Diego Veronelli is extraordinary. He served as my professional tennis coach from November 2013 to August 2016. During that time, he was critical to my success. When you look at my accomplishments during the period that I worked with Coach Veronelli, it is obvious how skilled he is: For example, during the period he coached me I improved my world ranking from #123 to #38, I won 4 professional tournaments (Midland ITF, Prague ITF, Hobart WTA, Monterrey WTA) and the Wimbledon Mixed Doubles in 2016; and I played Fed Cup for Great Britain with a 10-2 Win/Loss record. I also had numerous victories over Top 10 players such as Agnieska Radwanska, Dominique Cibulkova, and Daniela Hantuchova. My management team, along with the Lawn Tennis Association of Great Britain, selected Coach Veronelli because we wanted a coach who was experienced in coaching professional women players at the highest level of the game. We knew Coach Veronelli could help me reach my peak potential. Coach Veronelli was and continues to be one of the very few tennis coaches in the world who can consistently empower a player to reach a top 100 world ranking. I am grateful for the important role Coach Veronelli has played in my tennis career and I am confident that he will continue to achieve similar results with other talented players.

While coached by Diego Veronelli, I made the finals of the WTA Copa Claro Colsanitas in Bogota, Colombia in February 2013 and made the finals in the ITF St Gaudens , France in 2013. Diego is also co-captain for the Argentine Fed Cup Team. Along with Mercedes Paz, Diego helped our country to reach the world group play offs after being in America's division 1 group for 5 years. This year in Chile, Argentina won every tie and qualified for the playoffs to go to the World Group. We were supposed to play Kazakhstan in April 2020 but this was postponed due to the pandemic. The Argentine Team is led by Diego and Mercedes and they coach the team during the competition and also prepare us for our matches in advance and review our performances afterwards. I believe that Diego Veronelli is an extraordinary tennis coach and is one of the very best coaches in Argentina and South America. He has had a big impact on my tennis career and I would not be where I am now without his help.
