For over two decades, I have led Salisbury Tennis Club with a clear vision to design and implement an innovative, engaging, and high-performance coaching programme. My leadership has been pivotal in fostering player development and strengthening the club’s reputation for excellence.

Spearheaded the growth and expansion of the club’s coaching programme, increasing player participation across all levels.
Recruited, managed, and mentored a team of LTA-certified coaches, ensuring professional growth and consistent delivery of high-quality coaching.
Built and maintained strong partnerships with the Lawn Tennis Association (LTA), county associations, club committees, and player families to support holistic player development.

LTA County Performance Coach

As an integral member of Wiltshire’s county coaching team, I contribute to identifying, developing, and mentoring performance players, guiding them to excel at competitive levels.
