Manuel Bolanos-Salvador - High Performance Tennis Coach

Alicante
Spain

I am an experienced international tennis coach with a strong background as both a professional player (former ATP ranked) and private coach. I have worked in Spain, Germany, Poland, and Saudi Arabia, and collaborated with top players such as Alex de Minaur and Marcel Granollers. I am currently looking for a new, stable and meaningful opportunity where I can bring my expertise and grow professionally, ideally within a long-term project that also supports my family’s relocation.

I am currently 39 years old, and I prioritize staying fit and active. Maintaining a healthy lifestyle is important to me, as it not only enhances my personal well-being but also keeps me in top shape to better serve my players. I am also a proud father of two young daughters under the age of three. Balancing family life with my professional endeavors has taught me valuable skills in time management, patience, and dedication, which I bring into my work.

  • National Tennis Coach – Royal Spanish Tennis Federation (RFET)
  • International Tennis Coach – International Tennis Federation (ITF)
  • Wheelchair Tennis Coach – RFET
  • National Tennis Referee – RFET

Coaching times & fees

Regarding my times & fees, I am open to negotiation, but they must always reflect a fair market value based on my professional experience and career trajectory. It is essential that any agreement includes excellent conditions that allow me to relocate with my family in a stable and respectful environment. Providing for my family’s well-being is a top priority in any opportunity I consider.

I am a highly dedicated and loyal international tennis coach with a lifelong passion for the sport, which began when I first picked up a racket at the age of three. My entire life has been committed to tennis — as a top-ranked junior and professional ATP player, and later as a coach working across Europe and the Middle East. I am known for my seriousness, discipline, and deep sense of responsibility in every project I take on.

My coaching career has included private work with junior and ITF players, and collaborations with world-class athletes. I bring experience, integrity, and a strong work ethic to every opportunity I pursue. In addition to my extensive experience in tennis coaching,

I am also the author of a book titled “Tennis Transition Guide”, which provides valuable insights and strategies for players navigating different stages of their tennis careers. This work reflects my commitment to helping players evolve and excel in their game, and it further demonstrates my expertise in the sport.

I am looking for a meaningful project that truly motivates me — ideally with a player fully committed to giving 100% to their development. I seek a professional environment where my long-standing tennis career and dedication are genuinely recognized, not only through the quality of the project, but also by providing a highly attractive offer that ensures well-being and stability for both myself and my family.
