I am the founder of Jaggard Sports and I mentor athletes alongside their support teams on how to create sensationally successful careers from sport.

My background as a professional athlete has allowed me to understand the importance of putting the person first , engaging inner motivations and having clarity around the athlete\’s vision of success with sport. I mentor the athlete to take step by step action to ultimately realise their own talents, have more balance of fun and fulfilment on and off court whilst working towards improving their personal performance.

My own personal trust networks around the world provide pro level support from the ground level to support the athlete\’s journey with sport. We at Jaggard Sports provide varied environments for education and expertise for player improvement through our trusted networks and partners around the world. Athletes gain experience to build self awareness, learn how to track and progress consistently and are exposed to the training methods of a high performing athlete. Our mentor programs welcome athletes and their support teams to work fluently with us at Jaggard Sports.

Jaggard Sports mentoring for athletes provides:

A) 1:1 mentoring sessions with former world class champions
B) On the road tournament support either online or in person, including pre, during and post match preparation, feedback with reviewing.
C) Homestay experiences introducing players to Australia\\\’s best who have produced or worked with world number 1\\\’s.
D) Mentor Camps & training blocks collaborating with head coaches, academies and clubs around the world.

I have a committed passion for education and my vision is about helping others know that you can transfer an athletic mindset into any career pathways or personal ambitions.

ATPCA Master Tennis Pro Course ( completed)
Business Certificate 111 in Digital Business Mastery ( recent )
Head coach of Queenwood School for Girls Tildesley Shield team and Junior school coaching business (15 years combined )
Director of vision for St Augustine’s College for Boys Tennis program & competition pathways.
Head coach / Business owner of Wakehurst Tennis 10 court venue on Northern Beaches in Sydney ( 19 years)

Coaching times & fees

1) “StartUP” mentoring package 10 x sessions online ( $ 1500.00 AUSD)

2) ” Homestay” mentoring on Sunshine Coast ($1200.00 AUSD) Extra options: Food , accommodation, coaches/ trainers of champions & fitness and player assessments.

3) ” On the Road ” Tournament / training support

a) Virtual tournament support pre, during and post event ( $500.00/ event AUSD ) * Bonus extra semi /finals, video reviewing

b) Team tournament mentor support: Guardian or mentor for 1-4 players ( priced from $250- $400/day AUSD + expenses & meals per diem )

4) Mentor Camps in Australia: $300 – $500 AUSD / 3 days

5) Targeted Touring Groups: Assisting key exposure bursts at global training bases / coaches trusted networks of Jaggard Sports Founder Michelle Jaggard-Lai ( EOI for 2024 )
