Beyond tennis, I am driven by diverse interests that fuel my creativity and problem-solving skills:

Passions:

  • Classic Car Restoration: I relish finding and restoring vintage cars, combining attention to detail with analytical thinking to revive their former glory.
  • Psychology: An avid reader of psychology books and research, I focus on sports psychology, motivation, and human behavior, seeking insights to enhance player performance.
  • Travel: Exploring new destinations, immersing myself in diverse cultures, and connecting with people from varied backgrounds broadens my perspective and enriches my life.

Reflection:

As I look back, I realize that certain individuals have significantly impacted my journey. Their guidance, expertise, and support have shaped me into the coach I am today. I believe it, essential to acknowledge and appreciate these influences, recognizing that our paths are intertwined and our growth is often fueled by the people we meet.

You don’t only focus on the physical part of tennis but you also focus on the mental side (which in my opinion is the most important part of tennis) you’ve always been there by my side and you’ve never put pressure on me to win but all you’ve ever asked for was the best from each and every one of us

I've been training with Coach Muzi for a few months now, and the transformation in my game has significantly improved. His guidance, patience, and enthusiasm have helped me improve my technique, increase my confidence, and develop a more strategic approach to the game.

My daughter 14, has trained with a lot of coaches. In May 2024 she started training with Coach Muzi. I am amazed at how quickly the two have connected. In a very short space of time, he has managed to refine her technique and is working on inducing a winning mentality in her. He is very patient and demonstrative at training, very clear in articulating his methods and knowledge of the game, very reliable and conscious of his athlete’s training needs emphasising on rigour and the need for rest and recovery. He is highly motivational to my daughter who describes him as calm but brutally honest with her even during the toughest moments of her matches. Quite often, he engages me to hear my thoughts on various aspects of my daughter’s training, something which not many trainers do
