I am a mental performance coach, and I help ATP, WTA, and ITF tennis players with their mindset.
In sessions, we work through issues such as a lack of confidence, fear of making mistakes in tight moments, and managing expectations.

About Me
I used to play tennis competitively in Europe, but I often lost because I couldn’t control my thoughts. While coaching tennis for 9 years, I saw almost all players struggle with this.
This is why I became an Accredited Mental Performance Coach and now help tennis players worldwide with their mindset.
Experience
- I’ve been working with professional tennis players, college players, and juniors.
- All players have climbed the rankings, from 30 to 220 places.
- My goal is to work with the top 100 players and help my players reach that level as well.
Testimonial
Pärli is a genuine inspiration. She has the skills, credibility and tools to unlock other people. She knows how to create an environment where deep learning can emerge; she does this through a focus on people’s strengths, through creating ownership and the safety to be courageous. I fully endorse Pärli.

Testimonial
Undoubtedly, Pärli was a bright and talented student who devoted herself to her studies 100%. I never gave Pärli a grade less than “A”. If something was missing from 100%, she always came to find out where it was wrong. I saw that it was a little bit because of worry, but definitely primarily because of self-development. Pärli’s attention to detail is also shown by the fact that she graduated from the university’s 5-year integrated curriculum with honor (cum laude). Her success was even discussed in the board’s and teachers’ meetings.
