Experience

I have 15 years coaching experience working within clubs, schools and indoor centres. I have good knowledge of LTA coaching Tennis structure. Within my time as a coach I have learnt how important it is for a Head coach to interact and maximise the use of available support working as a team.

I have had great success communicating with all types of clientele and other coaches, juniors and parents on and off court, to ensure member satisfaction within clubs is met and retention is maximised.

I have led professional tennis programmes using my people skills to help create a teamwork environment towards member focus and delivery, whilst sharing and seeking ways to add value to improve the overall tennis club offering.

I have most recently have been working as Head Coach at Sale Tennis club for 7 years delivering a programme of groups and individual lessons to all ages /standards whilst also developing local schools Tennis coaching programe within many local schools in the area.

I have created local school links to drive participation into the Tennis programme with great success in regards to retention on groups and increased adult and junior membership on back of this.  I have also run very successful holiday camps building a strong reputation in the area. I have attracting and retainer high numbers more than of any club within the county on consisant basis.
