Charbel Richa

My educational path allowed me to see and understand the game of tennis from different aspects. My passion for tennis went beyond the game itself, it became my life. My forever best reward is the continuous progress of my students and the reaction on their faces when they succeed.

I am looking for a tennis director and/or coaching role (a new challenge) anywhere in the world where I can continue developing my coaching skills and help my clients in every possible way.

Beside being currently a racquet director in Neom city/Saudi Arabia, my career has included different tennis coaching positions in Lebanon and abroad.

During my 15 years of experience, I had the chance to promote tennis in schools all over my country throughout the JTI program, also I took part for several years in coaching and supervising junior national team players. In Addition, I also had the chance to organize tennis camps all over the world and made sure to serve my clients regardless of their level of play with the best tennis experience

At this moment of my career, having gathered a lot of national and international experience/knowledge. I would like to be part of a program trying to make a difference. No matter if it is a club or an academy, i want to build a program or help an existing one that makes a difference because of the service provided, the quality of coaching and team work environment.

Main tasks and Responsibilities

Organizing different tennis tournaments for all categories double and single.
Create and supervise summer tennis school program in NDJ club.
Organizing sports camps inside and outside of Lebanon
Initiating, promoting, managing recreational activities.
Promoting and selling sports equipment and accessories.
Prepare a yearly report to the club management including: tennis team achievements, equipment needed, player’s progression, financial data, ect.
Set a schedule for the tennis coaches team.
Supervise and prepare advanced players for the tournaments.
Attend and organize meetings and trainings in order to provide the staff with up-to-date knowledge.
Communicate and coordinate with parents, students, local and international club, federations, international contacts.
Create an agility, fitness, coordination program.
Follow up with students and parents on a daily basis.
Introduce and develop tennis in schools.
Supervise, entertain, motivate large group of people (children and adults).
Coordinate with colleagues, schools, universities, NGO, federations.
