Hello everyone! My name is Alex-Ștefan Ispas, I am a coach from Romania and a former player for my country
Despite his age,working in three different countries, I have experience with all levels of players, from junior development to performance.
I can also perform video analysis and create a tournament schedule for a player.
Qualifications
- Qualified as a national instructor
- PTR Level 3
- Fluent english
Coaching times & fees
The most important thing learned from hours spent on the court is the variation of an hour, performing enjoyable exercises that at the same time help the player develop.
I started playing tennis at the age of 6 at CS Alessio Pascali club in Drobeta-Turnu-Severin,having numerous achievements in my country.
I chose a coaching career at the age of 16, this gave me the chance to encounter various situations in this job and always find a solution to solve them.Because to the hours spent on the court, I can help a player both psychologically and emotionally, managing to understand every emotion he experiences.Regarding the technical part, I can apply a method to simplify the execution of shots and to form a more complete player.
Hobbies:
My main hobby is tennis, and my other passions include: gym, running and reading.
My qualities are:

-organise tournaments
-create a tournament schedule for the players

I was a coach in Romania, Spain and Italy.
