Hello everyone! My name is Alex Ispas, I am a young coach from Romania and a former professional player for my country in juniors! My qualities are: patience, punctuality, team work and the desire for progress and knowledge! I have 4 years of experience as a coach, at a club in the city of Craiova in my country, where I worked with both children and adults. Now I feel that I can take the step to another level in my career and I am looking for a job as a coach. I mention that I am available anywhere in the world starting at any time 😊

currently I am a tennis coach at CS Atlas Craiova. I started playing tennis at the age of 6 at CS Alessio Pascali club in Drobeta-Turnu-Severin.Throughout my 7 years as a tennis player, I managed to win 3 category 1 tournaments in my country and one category 2 tournament.
At the age of 16, I decided to start my coaching career, thus having 4 years of experience in this eld.I am a sociable person, I can work with both children and adults, I am passionate about what I do, and I adapt easily to any situation.
Hobbies:
My main hobby is tennis, and my other passions include: gym, running and reading books.
I’m 19 years old, 1.95 m tall, I do both training and organizing tournaments at the base where I work, I know how to string rackets to any type of machine. I can design both training plans and cardio tennis

At the age of 15, I started as an assistant coach at CS Alessio Pascali club, where I stayed for one year.On November 13, 2021, I was hired as the head coach at a recently established club in the city called Elite Junior, where I work exclusively with children aged 4 to 8.On June 16, 2022, I moved to a larger city in Romania called Craiova, where I was hired as the head coach at a club named Fire Tennis, where I work with both children and adults.And, on July 20, 2023, once I gained more experience, I was hired as a coach at CS Atlas Craiova, where I worked with children in both initiation and performance levels, with adults, and in organizing tennis tournaments for both children and adults.
