I’m a highly qualified and experienced sports science and fitness management professional. Currently working as a Fitness Director at a Racquet sport and fitness club, I too have experience working in schools and training centre environments. I am proficient in high performance management, strength and conditioning, staff management, coach training and one-to-one and group training sessions, as well as fitness assessments, providing nutrition advice and designing and delivering comprehensive training programmes to prepare players, athletes and clients for peak performance and injury prevention.

As passionate and dedicated professional, I enjoy managing and working collaboratively with sports coaches and fitness trainers. Within my current role, I manage 6 fitness coaches, manage the fitness department and the strength and conditioning program of the national tennis teams. I too am adept at procuring sponsorships, negotiating and managing budgets and contributing at strategic planning level, providing feedback and results and strategies for development and growth – always open to learning from past experiences, seeking continuous improvement.
