I have known Tsitsi since 2014. She was employed by us as a family tennis coach. She coached my 3 children and travelled with them across South Africa for several tennis tournaments. She ensured they kept up good ranking points on the TSA and ITF (junior) ranking circuit. I have always known Tsitsi to be diligent, hardworking, and committed. She motivated the children to play their best tennis and instilled in them values that she also lived, such as good manners, honesty and integrity. She has a very high emotional quotient and is able to understand each child and their intrinsic needs so well that she could tailor her coaching style to suit them individually. It did not take long for the children to warm up to Tsitsi and she soon become much more than just a tennis coach, she was like a life coach and mentor. She still maintains this close relationship with them now. Tsitsi is always very professional in her conduct. She is reliable and trustworthy. I admire how she is always pushing herself to learn more things and the more she has learned the more she has refined her coaching style. She also has good networking skills and often liaises with other coaches to have matches with their players. Even though Tsitsi is no longer in our employ as the children are almost done with school now, I would take her back if circumstances changed and I would definitely rehire Tsitsi without hesitation.
