Originally from Italy, Daniele Guizzi began his coaching career at the age of 28. Inspired by the global nature of tennis and driven by a passion for discovering new cultures and coaching methods, he built his path internationally. He is now the Head Coach and Assistant Director at Spadoni Tennis Academy in Dubai.

About Me
Daniele has played several sports since he was 4, including tennis, football and martial arts.
At 17, he decided to stop competing to dedicate himself to studying and living abroad. His passions are history, geography and contemporary art.
Experience
He is a Head Coach and Assistant Director with over fourteen years of experience in the tennis industry, supported by a strong international background and a proven ability to scale tennis programs, coaching teams, and sports organizations.
Throughout his career, he has contributed to the structural and commercial development of tennis academies by building clear systems, performance pathways, and sustainable business models that generate consistent growth.
Working across multiple environments, he has played a key role in increasing revenue, operational efficiency, and overall performance scale — achieving multiple 3x–5x improvements in both program output and financial results.
What defines his approach is his ability to operate at every level of an organization. He works directly on court as a high-level coach, while also leading operations, supporting staff development, strengthening customer experience, and shaping marketing and positioning strategies for tennis academies.
He has a deep understanding of performance, brand perception, and people — and how to align these elements to produce measurable and long-term results.
Known for being brilliant with the basics, he focuses on building strong foundations that many overlook, transforming them into high-level performance. Alongside this, he demonstrates exceptional sensitivity to details, nuances, and dynamics that directly impact player development and organizational growth.
