Juan Antonio Sala Ramos, Spanish Tennis & Padel Coach with more than 15 years of coaching experience in Europe and Asia.

Throughout my career, I have coached and mentored numerous players, helping them achieve their full potential on and off the court. I don\\\’t consider only being a coach but also a mentor to my players, providing guidance and support throughout their tennis journeys.

I foster a strong player-coach relationship based on trust, communication, and mutual respect.
I\\\’m committed to the holistic development of the players, helping them become not just better tennis players but also well-rounded individuals.

I have a strong passion in Coach Education, being presenter at many International Conferences such as ITF World Coaches Conference , Shanghai Rolex Masters International Tennis Coaches and being ITF Tutor in Asia.

I like cooking and spending the time with my family watching movies or hanging around.

In my free time I like to play paddle with friends or competing in tournaments.

Tennis Director – Tennis Asia (01/08/2022 – 12/2023 Hong Kong, China)

  • Setting up and ensure the success of the company’s transition ball program across all facilities.
  • Training the coaches and monitoring the standard of the coaching within the programs.
  • Establish and engage with parents to ensure strong professional communication.
  • Work closely with facility partners on all operational aspects of the business and program.
  • Manage the team of transition ball coaches on any facilities under the company. 6. Perform tournament director duties for tournaments, competitions and events.

Manager of Participation & Head Coach National Training Squad – Hong Kong Tennis Association

  • Co-director of Coach Education.
  • ITF Level 1 Tutor.
  • ITF Junior Tennis Initiative Regional Coordinator.
  • Manage all coloured ball programs within the association.
