It is my great pleasure to write this letter of recommendation for Mr. Luis De Sousa. I have had the pleasure ofwimessing Mr. Sousa's professional work over 6 months in 2011, with the Mozambican national senior tennis team, and I can state with confidence that he is a motivated and responsible person with a high degree of integrity. As such, I expect that he will be a very positive addition to your organization. I feel that I know Mr. Sousa quite well. He first came to Mozambique to help, for 1 month, the national tennis team that was going to represent Mozambique in the 2011 All African Games. In this role, he had a considerable amount of responsibilities, and he handled them effortlessly. He showed his skills to communicate with both players and the "FMT" staff, and due to his dedication and attention to detail, the players quickly improved their skills to a very high level. The "FMT" then decided to extend his stay for 5 more months. Mr. Sousa takes the initiative to identify problems and devise solutions. His role required strong communication skills, and he showed that he not only had these skills, but that he also has the ability to inspire respect and promote team work. He has shown that he is a very intelligent person with a mind well-suited to the world of tennis, from coaching to management of a tennis program.
