Hello, my name is Nacho, I\\\’m 27 years old and sport is part of my life. I have dedicated the last 20 years to it as a player and as a Tennis and Padel coach. Most of my career I have played tennis competing in national tournaments in Spain.
The moment I decided to stop being a player I became something that I have been doing all these years as a tennis teacher. Currently I have been working as a padel teacher in Dubai for the last three years and I want to continue to grow professionally and personally in the world of sport.

I have extensive experience as a tenis and padel instructor, where I have developed strong teaching skills and a deep understanding of both sports. My background as a competitive tenis player has provided me with valuable insights into the physical and mental demands of the sport, which I leverage to enhance my coaching methods.
I am passionate about furthering my career in sports management, where I aim to contribute my knowledge and experience in tenis and padel. I am eager to take on roles that involve the strategic development, management, and promotion of sports programs and initiatives, with a particular focus on fostering growth and engagement within the sporting community.
Experience
- Head of Coach – Jumeirah Golf – Dubai Golf ( Sep 2022- Present)
• Lead practice sessions, drills, and match play for individuals and groups.
• Provide feedback, guidance, and support to players to help them improve their skills and reach their goals.
• Collaborate with facility management to promote and market the padel coaching program and centers.
• Monitor player progress & performance to adjust coaching strategies as needed.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of players during coaching sessions.
• Collect and provide KPI results to the Management Team.
- Head Coach – Topspin Center – Dubai (Dec 2021- Aug 2022)
• Develop and implement coaching programs for individuals and groups to improve their skills in padel
• Conduct practice sessions, drills, and match play to help players enhance their technique, strategy, and fitness.
• Provide individualized feedback and guidance to players to help them improve their game.
• Keep abreast of current trends and developments in the sport of padel to enhance coaching techniques and programs.
• Ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all players during coaching sessions.
- Tenis Coach – Club Arena Alicante (sep 2015- Oct 2021)
• Combining studies with work as a tenis instructor.
• Worked in summer campuses and giving classes from initial tenis, following by initiation to competition working with all kinds of groups of children from toddlers to adults.
- Event Team Leader – Adidas Group (jun 2020- sep 2020)
Support the Events Manager on an Adidas Events organizing the equipment deliveries and set up of the venue. Procurement follow up and coordination with the rest of the team to ensure a successful outcome.
