Football has been my lifelong passion and the driving force behind my journey. I honed my craft across multiple footballing cultures, learning from some of the best minds in the game. My coaching career has taken me from the English Premier League system, where I worked with elite youth players at Norwich City and Watford FC, to international collaborations with top academies like AFC Ajax, Dinamo Zagreb.
Beyond coaching, I’m deeply invested in education and mentorship, currently lecturing at Juniper Training, where I guide young athletes through NCFE Level 3 sports degrees. I also run NC Education, an initiative designed to bridge the gap between footballers, coaches, and global development opportunities. My mission is to create high-performance environments that cultivate leadership, resilience, and emotional intelligence in athletes.
My passion for psychology and human interaction stems from a diverse career background. Before stepping fully into football, I spent over eight years in leadership and management roles within the hospitality industry, working aboard cruise ships and traveling the world. Meeting people from 90 different nationalities gave me a unique perspective on human behavior, leadership, and adaptability, all of which I now apply in coaching.
Outside of football, I’m a big believer in continuous learning—I hold an MSc in Performance Football Coaching from St Mary’s University and constantly seek out CPD courses and new challenges. I enjoy exploring different sports philosophies, cultures, and coaching methodologies to refine my craft. I also love traveling, experiencing different cuisines, and learning new languages, which help me connect with people from all walks of life.
At my core, I believe that developing good human beings comes before creating great athletes. My goal is to help others succeed, both on and off the pitch, and to leave a lasting impact on the footballing world through education, innovation, and a relentless commitment to excellence.
