Hi! My name is Yaxi, and I am originally from Spain. I have been living in China for the past 5 years, currently residing in Shanghai. I was a former college tennis player in the USA, and I have experience as a tennis coach working in Spain, the US, Hong Kong, and mainland China.
In the past year, I have also become interested in the sports of padel and pickleball. I have helped an international padel club in Shanghai with corporate events and have taught padel lessons to their Chinese clients.
Apart from my coaching experience, I also have a background in the corporate world, having worked for both European and Chinese companies helping them with their international business development. I hold a Bachelor\’s degree from the US and a Master\’s Degree in International Economics/Business from a top 20 university in China.
I am looking for opportunities both as a coach and as a potential investor/business partner in projects related to tennis, padel or pickleball, especially in China and Asia. I look forward to using this platform to connect with passionate professionals within the racket sports industry.

- Awarded twice the Most Valuable Player of the Men’s tennis team with Barton College(2015, 2016)

- Bachelor’s in Business and Sports Science (tennis and academic scholarship) from arton College (United States)
I’m passionate about racket sports (tennis, padel, pickleball) and their potential to expand worldwide.
During my period at Barton, we won our Conference tournament once, reached the semifinals of the Regionals once, and got a national ranking of #40 (NCAA D2) in my senior year. Apart from that, I was elected as MVP of the men’s tennis team in my sophomore and junior year, as I was the team player with the most wins in both singles and doubles.
