We have an exciting update to bring to you that benefits tennis, pickleball and padel coaches looking for their next job role, and recruiters looking for their next hire!
As you may already know SportsProsConnect has been helping coaches to connect with job opportunities worldwide for just over 3 years. It’s been a long and exciting journey where we have helped well over 330 coaches to find job placements worldwide. We pride ourselves on the ability to connect the right coaches with the right jobs.
We are aiming to make hiring the right coach, and finding the right job for each coach, an easier process. In order to do this we have come up with various different membership options for coaches looking for work.
New Membership Benefits
We have developed new ‘Gold’, ’Silver’ and ‘Bronze’ membership levels for coaches. Each membership level has its own benefits.
SPC Online CV – (Available on Gold, Silver and Bronze Levels)
This is an online cv used to promote yourself worldwide. Currently we build your profiles, and we ask for coaches to provide us with photos, videos, testimonials, social media links, and your CV. We put this all together and develop your online profile. When applying for jobs this online profile is automatically sent to the recruiter who has access to review the information. These profiles are also available to view on the platform, and recruiters can contact you directly if they wish to talk with you about a role they currently have available.

Video CV – (Available on Gold Level Membership)
This is a new addition and benefit available to Gold Members only. We will ask Gold Members to promote themselves individually, introduce themselves and provide us with B-Roll content of them on court hitting a ball or coaching or both. We then use a professional video editing company to use their profile, videos, and content to create a professional video cv. These videos will be placed high on the search function and on the main page of the SPC website and will be sent to employers worldwide.

Headhunting Service – (Available on Gold Level Membership)
Many coaches will introduce themselves to me and say ‘I must work in USA’ or ‘I want to work in xxx Academy’. This is what the headhunting service aims to help with. Again only available for Gold Level Members, as this is a premium service. It is always an interesting project, and one which we have been very successful with many coaches. If you have a specific requirement, please join as a Gold Member so that we can help you to achieve that dream. Nothing is guaranteed, but we will do everything we can to help make this dream a reality.
CV Review – (Available on Gold and Silver Memberships)
We receive CVs everyday from coaches looking for work. As experienced recruiters, we at SPC can immediately see the positive and negatives in the CV itself and where changes need to be made in order to stand out to recruiters. We are now offering this as a service to those members who take out the Gold and Silver level memberships to make their job hunting as easy as possible. Once a Gold or Silver Member, please contact us direct so that we can help to make your CV as effective as possible.
